Slow, slow, slow. But we made up for the slow day with making some yummy Ragu – a meat based sauce that contains (not always) sauteed vegetables in a liquid, usually accompanying pasta – which paired well with a slice of decadent roasted lamb leg that had been marinated in a parsley, basil, rosemary and mint rub. This dish was by far the best thing I have ever made and might make it for Christmas at home, or even Thanksgiving, because it is DELICIOUS and MINDBLOW!!!
I proceeded to go home today and make TripleB, a new name for my yummy pancakes: Buttermilk Bourbon Blueberry and let me tell you pancakes never tasted so good… No picture for these, because they are secret and I ate them too fast to care. 😉
