Adv. Bread/Pastry – Day 31

The LAST day of baking and cooking and college; all of it!!!

I am ecstatic and deeply sad at the same time because SVC has been like a home to me these past two years. I am thanking all of my Chefs here at the school for giving me such an awesome educational and life-long experience in the culinary world. The many memories from events and the classroom/lab will stick with me always and I would do it over again in a heartbeat. I will miss you all including the many friends I have made!

With that ooey-gooey part done with, I got an A- on my Final Plated Dessert!!!!!!! 🙂 I feel that is the grade I deserve and am thoroughly impressed with my creativity and how the chefs gave me honest feedback about what they did and didn’t like in my dessert.

Thanks again everyone for all the things you have taught me this quarter and two years! Have fun without me next quarter, don’t worry I won’t stop thinking about you just because I am not there being a pain in the butt during class… 😉
