Many new items on the dessert menu at Rosario, the favorite of my recent creations falling on the scrumptious Plum Tart with an organic egg vanilla bean custard filling. I paired a slice with a roasted plum sauce and macerated thyme plums. If you’re a plum lover, need I say more?
